Would you believe there are people who did not do like Anthony and Susan who still lost their homes and those who did and lost homes too? Circumstances are different for each of us, I think if you review their ideas and if these are not for you, you don't have to go their way. I personally know some who went their way and still have their homes as well as other investments. My suggestion is do what you feel comfortable with. Sweet!
